Weight Loss For Women Is Not Rocket Science

The best weight loss for women comes when you keep things simple. Despite what some "experts" insist, losing weight really is just a matter of eating less and doing more. No ifs no buts!

As this is our very first post on our new WeightLossWomen blog, I thought I would write you a list of things that you absolutely need NOT DO in order to lose weight fast.

1.) You DO NOT need to spend hours in the gym.

2.) You DO NOT need to go on a starvation diet.

3.) You DO NOT need to stop eating carbs.

4.) You DO NOT need to stop eating chocolate.

5.) You DO NOT need to stop drinking alcohol.

Now some of these things you might think, "hang on a minute, that can't be right" but I insist I am speaking the truth - I lost over 50lbs in a matter of months and I didn't spend hours in the gym, I wasn't on a starvation diet and I still ate carbs and chocolate and still drank my glasses of wine. Of course anything in excess is too much but so long as you control yourself and don't go overboard, there is no reason why you shouldn't treat yourself every now and then.

It is time to stop listening to the naysayers who suggest that weight loss for women takes blood, sweat and tears and even then you won't be satisfied. It is likely that these people have never achieved the kind of results they wanted and so why listen to them?

The one thing you do need if you want a successful weight loss experience is commitment, without that you are doomed to failure. I got all the commitment I need to lose lbs and lbs from my fear of looking awful in my wedding photographs - you need to find something that will help you stay motivated along your journey. Dramatic weight loss for women can be achieved and fast, I know because I did it - if you follow my advice you CAN too!
