Perform a tummy scoop movement tilting the pelvis so your lower back flattens to the floor and your pubic bone curls upwards towards the ribs. Hold this position for a few seconds making sure that your lower tummy doesn't bulge out then release; tilting the pelvis back into the natural position so your lower back is once again curved.

2.) Simple Post-Natal Crunch

The next of our post pregnancy exercises to help lose baby weight fast is a slight progression from the pelvic tilt, it's a simple crunch movement. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet planted flat on the floor then begin by slowly lifting your head and pulling your abdominal muscles towards your spine whilst exhaling. Briefly hold this lifted position for a few seconds before slowly descending back down to the start position.

3.) Post-Natal Sit Ups

Finally utilize a simple sit up movement to lose baby weight fast. Once again lie down on the floor and bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor. This time support your head with your hands but be careful not to pull your neck during the movement. Slowly lift your head and shoulders off the floor holding at the top of the movement for a few seconds and then slowly lower back to the start position. Ensure you remember to exhale as your lift and inhale as you move downwards.
