Let's face it; we all dream of finding that magic formula for how to lose weight quickly. We want to look and feel great; we want to wear the latest fashion trends and catch an admiring glance or two form the opposite sex again. But we either don't have the motivation, don't know how to do it, or don't know where to begin.
Well, I'm going to tell you how, no matter where you're starting from, you can lose weight fast and safely, and keep it off!
You hear it time and time again – you already know that to lose weight, you need to exercise and eat well. But some of us are a little more impatient; and now that you've finally made the decision to do it this time, for real, you want to know how to lose weight quickly.
Many people who want to lose weight just can't get dedicated because they don't have the motivation or the time to spends hours and hours in the gym. Others might have the motivation to work out, but just can not say “no” to french fries or chocolate cake.
And, if you are a woman with a lot of weight to lose, it may seem like an insurmountable task; a mountain of a goal that just seems easier to not attempt at all than trying to conquer. This article is particularly applicable to you; because the key to sticking to your goal is to, at first, learn how to lose weight quickly.
Here are seven steps to help you achieve your weight loss for women goals:
1) Decide to do it.
I know this seems obvious, but you need to take this seriously. I have a lot of friends who have quit smoking, and a few friends who have tried unsuccessfully. Time and time again, the difference is this: the ones who succeeded first decided, without a doubt, that they wanted to stop smoking, at all costs. And, for them, quitting seemed fairly easy.
The other group may think that they wanted to quit, but somewhere, deep inside, they didn't. And so they fail, no matter how many times they try.
And that's the same with you and your ability to lose weight. You must decide, once and for all, that you're tired of complaining. You're tired of looking the way you do. You're tired of getting depressed every time you go shopping. You're tired of being ashamed of your body. And now, it's time to do something about it!
2) Realize that your odds of sticking to your goals are higher if you can learn how to lose weight quickly.
This is because we are all more motivated when we see results. If you follow a plan that helps you lose weight gradually over time, you might get discouraged and give up. If you lose weight quickly, you are more likely to get motivated by the results and are more likely to stick to your plan.
